Deadlines
Applications are accepted twice a year. The next round of the Small Grants programme will be open in the autumn.
What to expect if you are successful in applying for a grant
If you are successful in applying for a grant, you will be notified by APCA who will send you a grant approval letter and agreement outlining the terms and conditions of the grant.
Once the grant has been paid to your organisation, you will be required to report on the progress of the grant on a quarterly basis and to provide a financial report on how the grant was used. This will be explained in your agreement.
What to do if your application is not successful
If your application is not successful, you will receive a letter of regret from APCA. Please feel free to ask for feedback on your application.
Failure to succeed on one grant round does not stop you from applying for the next round.
Schedule of Programme Activities
Each year, two rounds of small grants are awarded. These rounds take place in the spring (approx. March - May) and the autumn (approx. September - November).
