Africa is bearing the heaviest burden of the world’s increasing humanitarian crises. From climate-related emergencies and famine in Sudan to ongoing disease outbreaks and conflict, vulnerable populations are suffering immensely. Amid these challenges, and despite severe cuts to international aid, palliative care workers are performing heroic work to relieve suffering.
To support their critical efforts, the African Palliative Care Association (APCA), with support from PallCHASE, is launching the APCA Humanitarian Response Fund.
This fund enables the global palliative care community and friends of Africa to provide direct support to our colleagues operating in these desperate humanitarian settings. It is a tangible way to show our solidarity and ensure they can continue their vital work.
You can make a difference.
Please visit the APCA conference booth and scan the QR code to contribute to the fund. Your donation, no matter the amount, will have a direct impact.
Stand with us. Support care in the face of crisis.
