Please note that voting for APCA Board members is for individual and organizational members only. Kindly follow the following instructions.

A: Registration for the APCA conference portal 

  1. Go to the APCA conference portal and register at this link https://africanpalliativecare.org/conference/manager/register.php
  2. A verification email will be sent to your to mailbox
  3. After verification, please go to the conference portal on the link below and log on 
    https://africanpalliativecare.org/conference/manager/login.php 
  4. Existing life members or paid-up members for 2022, go to section C:

B: Add a conference registration

  1. Log on to the conference portal on this link https://africanpalliativecare.org/conference/manager/login.php with the credentials you created 
  2. Go to Registrations and add a new registration
  3. Add a new registration to the 7th APCA conference 
  4. Enter your personal information and payment option to complete this process
  5. Go to the invoices tab and complete the payment process
  6. Registration for the 7th APCA conference gives you free annual membership

C: Enable Board Voting for your profile

  1. Send proof of payment to members@africanpalliativecare.org and Board voting will be enabled for your profile
  2. If you are an existing APCA life member or paid up for membership 2022, please send your APCA membership number or proof of payment to members@africanpalliativecare.org after verifying your email address in section A above and Board voting will be enabled for your profile
  3. You can now vote for up to six vacant positions for the APCA board by going to the tab “Vote for Board Members” while logged on to the APCA conference portal when voting opens on 25th July 2022
