Guidelines for recording for the APCA conference
As a contingency measure in case of any technical difficulties or unexpected situations that might confound the conduction of your talk at the congress, we would like to ask you to send us a video recording of your talk as well as the slides of your presentation in the form of a PowerPoint file. In your recording, please stick to the time allocated in the congress program.

How to share large files with APCA 
There are two ways you can share large presentation files with APCA conference secretariat 

How to send large files via WeTransfer

Step 1: Visit 
Step 2: On the same page click on the plus sign (+) and add the files you want to send. (Note that you can also select a folder to upload)
Step 3: After that click on Email to, enter the email address of the person you are sending the files (Put the conference email )
Step 4: In the next option enter your email address.
Step 5: In the message option; add a short message if you wish.
Step 6: Click the three dots (...) to change the way you send a transfer, or adjust your pro setting. 
Step 7: At last simply hit the transfer button to transfer files.
You are done and your file will be sent through WeTransfer.
