Partnerships in this category represent APCA's most important relationships.  These strategic, long-term partnerships are with institutions that are critical to APCA's success and sustainability. These relationships are intended to be long-term (i.e. not restricted to specific, short-term project funding), encompassing potentially all of APCA's core programmatic work areas regardless of the level of joint activity at any given time.  They are maintained and strengthened through positive contact at multiple levels of both organisations. These partnerships have the potential to bring with them significant connections, resources, perspective, intellectual strength, implementation capacity, or profiling visibility.  Although APCA and these partner types should share common interests, each should bring different qualities and abilities to the partnership.
