Mackuline has worked with APCA for over eight years and has exposure working with both governmental institutions and non-government organizations as well as managing projects at various levels, both national and regional. Mackuline has worked in health related social research, related to HIV/AIDS and palliative care both at the field and institutional context. She has also been involved in teaching and health education, development of information, education and communication materials, both as physical resources and for an e-learning system. Mackuline holds a bachelor's degree in Nursing, a diploma in Palliative Care and currently pursuing a masters in Medical Anthropology.
